Jared is another Rexburg native. After graduating from Madison High School and serving a church mission to Sacramento, California, Jared attended Ricks College before it became BYU-Idaho. Upon graduating, he transferred to Humboldt State to complete his undergraduate education. His post-graduate education took place at Cal State - Dominguez Hills, where he became a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist. After a two-year residency at Beverly Hills Prosthetics and Orthotics, Jared came back to Idaho and accepted a position with Idaho Prosthetics and Orthotics, which was then owned by Randy and Joanne Hamm. In 2014, Jared bought the business from Randy and Joanne, which he did and now runs the only locally owned prosthetics business in the region.
At Idaho Prosthetics and Orthotics, he is able to work with a variety of patients, something he finds emotionally rewarding as he helps them regain freedom and mobility. He also enjoys having access to a lab where he can pursue his additional interest in whiffleball and Moonshot Bats, his creation for the sport. In his free time, Jared loves spending time with his family including wife Kariesa and his son and daughter. Together, they love spending time outdoors and playing sports.

Misty is the Office Manager in Idaho Falls. She covers the front desk, does billings, insurance and prior authorizations. She also works with Mastectomy fittings for patients.
Some of the highlights of working at Idaho Prosthetics and Orthotics for Misty have been just talking to the patients and the relationships she forms with the patients. “You don’t anticipate how close you get to the patients.” Misty loves seeing how much prosthetics have changed people’s lives. Misty loves country music and a great concert no matter the genre. She just finished school for medical coding. She is the mother of 3 and currently has 4 grandkids.
Mandi was born in Pocatello and grew up in Idaho, graduating from Hilcrest High School in Idaho Falls. After living in California's beautiful Bay Area, she moved back to Idaho two years ago. She has two sons, ages 10 and 11. In her free time, Mandi loves to read or listen to a podcast and will tune in to watch the San Jose Sharks play whenever she has the chance. One of the coolest things for Mandi is her role at Idaho Prosthetics and Orthotics. Because she is the principal lab technician, she literally builds new limbs for patients and then gets to see her creations enhance the lives of those patients.
We'll get back to you right away.
